Denver Broncos start 1st OTA’s, 4 sign their tenders

Englewood, Colorado–With the hiring of a new Head Coach, Vance Joseph, the Denver Broncos were allowed an early start to the first of several off season training activities. From now until they the 25th, there won’t be practice, merely conditioning, but it does give new coaches a chance to meet their players. Share the playbook and watch game film.

Per the Denver Broncos, Inside linebackers Todd Davis &  Zaire Anderson, outside linebacker Shaquil Barrett, and center James Ferentz, have all signed their exclusive-rights tenders.

#51 Davis was our defensive ‘greenie’ last season. The player who wears the green sticker and has a headset inside his helmet to communicate with the sideline. He had 97 tackles. He was the weak side (Will).

Relief linebacker Anderson, played in every game last season and started one.

Like Anderson, Barrett also forced a fumble last season.

As players with fewer than three accrued seasons, ERFAs may only re-sign once their team issues tenders.

The players who have already signed exclusive-rights tenders are center Matt Paradis, running back Kapri Bibbs, wide receiver Bennie Fowler, wide receiver Jordan Taylor and long snapper Casey Kreiter.
